What to expect

Guests may bring in their own refreshments. We provide a microwave, a Coffee machine, a refrigerator and a coffee station on the premises.

Reservation

Fees

Rental time includes an addition 30 minutes for load-in, setup, breakdown and cleaning. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the scheduled end time and no later, please consider this when booking your rental.

Your rental time begins promptly at the designated starting time and ends promptly at the specified ending time. Reservation time must include set up, break-down, and clean-up. The Studio must be cleaned (furniture and equipment put back where you found it / white cyc wall swept) and vacated by the end of the rental period to respect our fellow creative’s time and efforts.

Failure to clean the studio upon completion of your session a cleaning fee of $2500 will be applied to your account.

Fees for additional time that was not billed during the initial booking will be due at the end of the rental period

Studio Guidelines

Absolute Studios guidelines are as follows:

Prop weapons (You must be in possession of a license to use prop weapons)

Notice

SECURITY NOTICE

CCTV cameras and recording devices monitor all production areas.
Do not to share sensitive information with unauthorized individuals.
Report any suspicious activity or security breaches immediately.
Be mindful of physical security measures like locking doors and windows.

DAMAGES & REPAIR NOTICE

You are responsible for any damages to the studio and studio resources including equipment, scratches, marks or stains on furniture, fixtures, floors, painted surfaces, etc...

The studio and all furnishings and equipment therein must be left clean and in good condition, with minimal wear and tear excepted.

CLEANING NOTICE

Failure to clean the studio upon completion of your session a cleaning fee of $2500 will be applied to your account.

Trash should be in trashcans, equipment returned to its proper place, and any larger trash disposed of in the outside dumpster.

If the Studio is not in the same condition when rented, the Renter agrees to pay, as applicable a minimum of a $3,500 cleaning fee (based on the amount of time required to clean the Studio); and the cost to repair and replace any damage done to the Studio and the furnishings and equipment therein caused by the Group.

CONTRACT ENFORCEMENT NOTICE

Absolute Studios Jamaica reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately without refund if you are in breach of any of your contractual obligations.

Absolute Studios Jamaica representatives may monitor all activities in the Studio and have the authority to enforce this agreement. A Company representative may terminate the rental if Group breaches this Agreement or applicable local law.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

The 50% deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to another reservation. You can reschedule your studio reservation with no additional charge 24 hours before your reservation is set to begin. You can cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 2 days before your reservation for a full refund To cancel email book@meetstudioco.com. Cancellation and rescheduling requests received within 24 hours of the start time of your reservation are not permitted and will not be refunded.
